Your BDM is there to help whenever you need them. You get introduced to them as you finish your training and then become part of their team.

They’ll be there to help you with any questions you might have, as well as providing tips, tricks and motivation (if you need it).

If you’ve never worked in travel before then this resource is almost priceless in your first few months as a self employed travel consultant.

We pay for this Business Development Manager to work with you. They aren’t your boss and they won’t call you to pester you. But they are available to you every single day, multiple times a day.

Travel training is continuous

There’s more travel training available to you on an ongoing basis. Every week we have webinars from internal travel experts and external suppliers (who teach you what you need to know about their products and destinations).
